If you are requesting a computer lab for occasional use or for the entire semester, please fill out and submit the appropriate form below.

After Learning Resources receives the form, you will be notified via email when your request has been completed. If you have any difficulties filling out the form, please call x8001.

Requests received by 12PM on any business day will be responded to by 12PM the following business day.
