Toddler Program
The toddler program at
the Early Learning Center is designed to offer young children a
lovingand educational, hands-on school experience. Our goal is to
create and environment where toddlers can use all five senses in
activities which encourage the child to discover, explore, share
and learn.
The toddlers' ever expanding world is full of wonder and our toddler program
is designed to provide the child with time and freedom to move, question, explore
and discover himself/herself as a capable and competent individual.
A child must be at least twenty-four months old in order to register for the
toddler program.
Toddler Program Schedule
| 7:30 am to 9:30 am | Indoor free choice activities (puzzles, playdough, house keeping, art table, blocks, etc) |
| 9:00 am to 12:00 noon | |
| 9:30 am to 9:50 am | Potty and diaper change |
| 9:50 am to 10:00 am | Circle time (songs, stories, fingerplays and other learning activities) |
| 10:00 am to 10:15 am | Snack |
| 10:15 am to 11:00 am | Learning centers (painting, pasting, coloring, arts & crafts, cooking, dramatic play, library corner, rice table, blocks, etc.). |
| 11:00 am to 11:30 am | Play ground activities or campus walk |
| 11:30 am to 12:00 pm | Small group games, stories, toy exploration. Potty and diaper change |
| 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm | Lunch |
| 12:30 pm to 12:50 pm | Free choice individual toys and activities |
| 12:50 pm to 1:00 pm | Story time |
| 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm | Quiet time |
| 2:00 pm to 2:15 pm | Potty and diaper change |
| 2:15 pm to 3:00 pm | Outdoor activities |
| 3:00 pm to 3:15 pm | Snack |
| 3:15 pm to 4:30 pm | Games, stories, crafts, free play |
