Registration

Early Learning Center registration occurs prior to the start of each semester, right after the BC3 class registration period. Parents with children currently enrolled at the center have the first opportunity to register, followed by a general registration period. Registration takes place in the Early Learning Center office.

Spring Semester 2010

Returning Parent Registration: December 1st-11th, 2009

General Registration: Beginning on December 15, 2009 and continuing until all classes are full.

Summer Session 1, 2010

The ELC will offer a mixed age program for children from two to five years old. Five year olds must have not yet attended kindergarten. Registration will begin on April 5th, and continue until the class is full.

RECORDS REQUIRED FOR ENROLLMENT:

1. Completed medical form signed by health care provider.
   
2. Complete and accurate class/study schedule of parent. (Schedule must be kept current to reflect any class changes that take place.)
   
3. Emergency contact form.
   
4. Child and family information sheet.
   
5. Completed Early Learning Center contracts.
   
6. Civil rights information form.
