Early Learning Center, Fees

CURRENT SEMESTER FEES  

  • All registrants are charged a $2.50 insurance fee.
  • Toddler and preschool program registrants are charged a $25.00 application fee.
  • Toddler tuition for the current semester is $3.75 per hour, with a maximum daily rate of $20.00.
  • Preschool tuition for the current semester is $3.50 per hour, with a maximum daily rate of $19.00.
  • Drop-in tuition for the current semester is $4.25 per hour, with a maximum daily rate of $21.00.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

  • No fees are required at the time of registration.
  • Fees and tuition are billed in advance once a semester.
  • Dates by which fee and tuition must be paid in full are as follows:
    • Fall Semester-October 15th
    • Spring Semester- March 15th
    • Summer Session-within two weeks of the first date of the session.
  • All invoices are payable at the BCCC Bookkeeping Office.
  • Tuition is based on a child's registered days, not attendance days. Exceptions will be made for:               
    1. bereavement time               
    2. vacation or other time off about which the center is notified at least a week in advance               
    3. illness of a week or more
  • Tuition will not be charged for snow days or other emergency closings.
  • When two or more children from the same family are enrolled at the center, full tuition is charged only for the first child. Other child(ren) will receive a 20% discount.
     

WITHDRAWAL/REFUND POLICY  
Parents withdrawing children from the center during the college's official withdrawal period will be charged for only the registration and insurance fees and actual hours of childcare utilized. All withdrawal and refund requests made after the college's official withdrawal period must be made in writing and submitted to the ELC director. The Director of Student Life will rule on these requests.
