Accessing Your Course

MyMathLab

Your course is using MyMathLab, which requires the purchase of an access code. This code is usually packaged with a new textbook, but may also be purchased separately from the MyMathLab website if it is not included with your book.

Information about MyMathLab can be found at http://www.mymathlab.com. Please check the systems Requirement page to verify your computer compatibility.

Your instructor will provide an additional course code you will need to access your specific course.

Purchasing Your Books and Other Course Materials

While you may purchase your books and other course materials from the provider of your choice (using the ISBN number available through the course's academic department where applicable to ensure the correct version), both the campus bookstore and our online bookstore, guarantee that they stock the correct version for your course.

Approximately 3 weeks prior to the start of the session you can use the link below to see the list of books that have been selected by your instructor. If you have any questions about the course materials listed, please contact your instructor or the academic department directly.

Other Information about the Course

Dear E-Learning Student,

This course is set up a little different than other E-Learning courses you may have taken here at Bucks. We will be using www.pearsonmylab.com as the main point of entrance into our course. There is a required code that must be purchased for this website. The code comes free with the purchase of a new text book, which can be purchased at the bookstore. Please do not purchase any books or codes until you receive the Orientation information via your Bucks e-mail. All homework will be completed in MyLab using a program called MyMath.

All homework will be completed on line in MyLab/MyMathLab. If you fall further than two weeks behind in your assignments, I reserve the right to withdrawal you from the course. All tests must be taken at one of Bucks' Testing Centers. If this is not possible, proper arrangements for proctoring must be completed before the first day of classes. There are no exceptions.

In order to register, all directions on "how" to register will be sent to you a couple of days before the start of class. The Orientation will help clarify the many questions you may have. It will also be a good opportunity to learn how to navigate the site MyLab. Please, if you have any questions prior to receiving your e-mail about orientation, feel free to contact me at terminej@bucks.edu . (E-mail is the best way to contact me.)

I look forward to working with each and every one of you.

Mrs. Janine Termine
