Other Information about the Course |
This course is the second course in the Calculus sequence and requires a grade of C or better in Calculus I. Calculus II is the study of transcendental functions, techniques of integration, indeterminate forms, improper integrals, infinite series, parametric equations and polar coordinates. There will be 9 online quizzes(counts as 45% of the grade), online homeworks(5% of the grade),a proctored midterm(25% of the grade) at one of the Testing centers and a cumulative online final(25% of the grade). A graphics calculator is required for this course such as the TI-84 plus. This course is designed for the mature math student, who is willing to put in many hours learning the material. This courses uses MyLab & Mastering for all the online work. |
