10. Mat Pilates
You will learn proper breathing techniques, exercise principles, and benefits of Mat Pilates. We will perform Mat Pilates exercises (focus on abdominals, back, and legs) and finish with quiet meditation. Time will be available at the end of the session for Q&A. You should bring a mat or large towel and dress comfortably in loose clothing.

19. Yoga for Menopause
Yoga benefits the body, mind and heart by affording energy and balance. The yoga practice demonstrated in this workshop will address many specific menopause-related symptoms. Included will be breath work, guided meditation and visualization, and standing and floor postures which can be modified for all varieties of flexibility and mobility. Wear comfortable clothes and eat and drink minimally before the workshop. Bring your own mat if you have one.
