As President and CEO of Sculptz, Jean brings a wealth of experience growing businesses through successful partnerships, channel expansion and strong management coupled with her unbridled passion for style and beauty. Her career has spanned across many industries including automotive, financial services, Fortune 500 brand advertising and marketing to the 50 + segment. She has the keen insight to apply sound business principles regardless of the product or consumer segment to successfully create business growth and transformation.
Building on the Sculptz 35 year heritage of manufacturing and marketing quality products, Jean is leading the company in a new direction by expanding distribution channels and adding quality products that make women look better and feel more confident.

Prior to Sculptz, Jean was at General Electric’s Partnership Marketing Group where she was recognized for her leadership and promoted from CMO to Division President. As a result of her accomplishments, she was named as one of nine GE women honored for excellence at the GE Women’s Network Annual Global Conference.

Prior to GE, Jean was Senior Vice President and Corporate Director of CPP North America, a UK based consumer services marketing company. She held senior level marketing positions at Metris Companies, which was a spin off of the Fingerhut catalog company that became the 10th largest credit card issuer in the US. She was elected the first female Vice President at Metris. 

Originally from Detroit, Jean spent nearly 10 years at D’Arcy Masius, Benton and Bowles, a leading global advertising and communications agency where she worked on the successful transformation of General Motors’ Cadillac brand to reach younger consumers. Jean received an Outstanding Achievement award for her leadership on the creation of the Cadillac Catalog that also won numerous prestigious, international printing and graphic awards. 

Jean currently serves as a Cabinet Member for the AARP Women’s Leadership Circle, a network of volunteer leaders, women of affluence and influence, who support the AARP Foundation in achieving its mission to serve women in need, specifically, those in poverty or at risk of falling into poverty, communities of color, and the most vulnerable including those living alone. Jean is a past mentor with Menttium 100, an executive development program for female executives, and also served as a board member for the Minnesota Council for Economics in Education, a group that works to enhance financial education in grades k-12. She is a member the Accessories Council, The Fashion Group International, Electronic Retailing Association (ERA), The American Marketing Association (AMA), The Direct Marketing Association (DMA), the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) and is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. Jean holds a BS in Marketing. She and her husband have one son.
