Communication between Cultures

This course will define intercultural communication, explore some of the factors which influence it, such as concepts of time and space, and examine their impact on the messages sent from one culture to another. International, as well as American co-cultures will be included and students will examine case studies to learn how misunderstandings arise, and how to minimize them.
