Free Recruiting Resources

All employers using our recruiting resources must adhere to our Recruiting Policies.

Online Job Board

Post full-time jobs, part-time jobs, and internships to the Bucks Online Job Board for free! You also have the option of posting to multiple schools within the NACElink network for a nominal fee. Eligible employers can also browse resumes. In an effort to protect student privacy, we do not allow home-based employers access to our resume database. In addition to promoting the Bucks Online Job board to students, our office also forwards your postings to appropriate faculty members for distribution, posts new openings on bulletin boards, and sends weekly listings to offices throughout the campus.

Job Fairs

Career Services hosts at least one general job fair each semester at each of the Bucks campuses. In addition to the general job fairs, we offer a variety of targeted job fairs including the following: Nursing--focused on RN recruiting, Health and Science--focused on Healthcare Institute areas, and Nonprofit. Please see the current job fair schedule. Employers can register for our job fairs for free. To register, complete our online registration form or fax your information to (215) 968-8033. Be sure to include the following information: fairs you would like to attend, name(s) of attendee(s), contact information, company/organization name, and open positions. We do not permit commission-only opportunities at our job fairs at this time however, those opportunities can be posted on the Bucks Online Job Board.

Partner With Our Office

Career Services wants to help you recruit the best candidates, and to that end, we want to help create the best candidate pool possible. You can help students get on the right track by being a guest speaker at one of our workshops. Are you tired of seeing the same mistakes on resumes over and over again, or having candidates talk to their shoes instead of you during an interview? Why not warn them about these pitfalls beforehand? If you are interested in being a guest speaker, please email us or call (215) 968-8195.

Internships and Cooperative Education (Co-Op)

Internships for college credit and cooperative education opportunities should be brought to the attention of the appropriate academic department. Students typically earn college credit for internships enrolling in a cooperative education course with faculty approval. You can view a list of cooperative education courses currently available at Bucks to get a sense of how cooperative educational opportunities are handled.
