Bucks Offers Electrical Apprenticeship Training Starting This Fall
Partnership with the Independent Electrical Contractors Chesapeake brings four-year program to Upper Bucks Campus in Perkasie to meet employer demand for skilled workers
To meet the demand for more skilled workers, Bucks County Community College has partnered with the Independent Electrical Contractors Chesapeake to offer an electrical apprenticeship program starting this fall.
The training will be offered at the college’s Upper Bucks Campus, located at One Hillendale Rd., Perkasie, Pa. The four-year program will enroll up to 25 students each year. The training includes technical instruction that is a part of the IECC registered apprenticeship program and is identified in the IECC curriculum.
The IECC is the mid-Atlantic chapter of the Independent Electrical Contractors Inc., a national trade association that offers professional training, education and support for those in the industry.
