Registration & Advising Dates and Times

for Current and Former Students

New students who wish to register for courses that start September 15 or October 20 must speak with Student Services Advising staff members, either in person or by phone, in order to register during the week of August 27 - September 2, 2014.  Call 215-968-8189 for assistance or to make an appointment, Monday - Thursday between 8:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., or Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  You may be required to register in person.  Payment is due at the time of registration.

There is NO ONLINE registration during the first week of the Fall 2014 term (08/27/14 - 09/02/14).  However, students already registered for Fall 2014 courses will be able to adjust their schedules.

Online registration re-opens for later-starting course-sections on September 3.

Many course-sections are scheduled to begin the week of Sept. 15 to accommodate students who miss the August 25 registration deadline for full-term courses.  You may view a list of these courses in WebAdvisor’s Search for Sections (select TERM 14/FA, then select Course-Level of Later-starting sections).

On-time is the only way to register! The College no longer accepts late registration for any credit course.

College offices (including Bookstore) are closed 12/24/14-1/4/15.

For modular sections with non-standard start/end dates, registration ends 2 days before section start-date.

Tuition Payment and Refund Information

Fall 2014 Payment due-date: July 31, 2014. Payment is due at time of registration after July 30.
NOTE:  Students may be dropped for non-payment in early August.  Late Registration will not be accepted.

  • Full-Term sections: 100% refund ends 8/26.  •September-starting sections: 100% refund ends 9/14.
