Requesting Statements

If you need a statement of account, you can stop by our office at Pemberton HallHUB, Room 104. You can also leave us a message with your name, student number, semester that you are requesting, and either fax number or address to send it to. You can also e-mail your request to accounts@bucks.edu. Currently we do not have the capability to e-mail the statement back to you.

To see your balance on WebAdvisor, follow the following steps:

1. Above the words "Main Menu", click on the words "Log In"
2. Login:
   1. enter your user name
   2. password defaults to bd followed by birthdate: bdMMDDYY
   3. If you have problems logging in, call 215-968-8191 or e-mail webadvisor@bucks.edu.
3. Below the words "Main Menu", click on the picture that says "Students"
4. To see a statement for the term:
   1. On the left hand side of the screen, under the category "Financial Profile," choose "Account Summary by Term"
