Students are permitted to meet with a Chemistry tutor for two thirty-minute face-to-face appointments per day (Newtown only), or one face-to-face appointment and one online appointment per day (all campuses). Second appointments will be scheduled based upon availability. If you would like a second Chemistry appointment for the same class or a different class, please call the Newtown Tutoring Center at 215-968-8044 or submit the Appointment Request Form to schedule.  

Please note:  If you would like to schedule a second appointment for the same class, the appointment start time must be one hour after the first appointment’s end time. For example, if your first appointment is from 10:00am-10:30am, a second appointment can be schedule for 11:30am-12:00pm.

Chemistry Group Sessions

For a group of two or more students, an hour long tutoring session may be requested. Please call 215-968-8044 or stop into L210 to make an appointment.

What We Can't Do

  • be of much help if you come to the Center the day of your test or the day your lab is due
  • do your homework or lab for you
  • be of any assistance with a take-home test
  • take the place of going to class
  • guarantee that you will get good grades
  • tutor for placement or standardized tests
