Welcome to the Tutoring Center's online tutoring service. Please fill in all requested information. All fields are required; therefore, if essential information is missing, we may return the request to you. We will email our comments in a Microsoft Word attachment to the address you provide in the form, so please be certain that it is accurate and that you are able to open such an attachment.

Postings must be received by 12:00pm on a business day to be responded to by 4:00pm the next working day. (During the Fall and Spring semesters, we are available Monday through Friday, and during the Summer, Monday through Thursday.) Fall/Spring Semester hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30am-7:00pm and Friday from 8:30am-3:30pm.  Online submissions will not be reviewed any time the Center is closed. During Intersession, submissions will be checked during days that real-time appointments are available.  Keep in mind the rate of return and your assignment's due date, and be sure to allow enough time to make revisions. If you need more immediate assistance, it is best to make an appointment in the Tutoring Center or online. Only two writing submissions per day per student will be reviewed, and this will count as appointments for the day.  Please note: The second writing submission must be submitted one hour after receiving the comments on the first submission

We are not responsible for technical errors which may prevent you from submitting (or us from receiving). If you think there has been an error, call 215-968-8044 to inquire whether your submission was received or if a reply has been sent.

If we feel it is necessary, we will urge you to make an appointment to meet one-on-one with a tutor at one of our locations or online.
