Community Policy

Bucks County Community College issues Community ID cards to Bucks County residents. A valid photo ID and evidence of Bucks County residence are required to receive a Community ID card. Examples of proof of residence include any document or identification card that includes the resident’s name and a Bucks County address.

Community users may check out up to 10 titles at each campus library. Borrowing privileges will be suspended when fines owed reach or exceed $5.00. Accrued fees over $5.00 must be reduced for borrowing to resume.

Community users may use the designated community access computers at each campus library. They must present their Community ID card to the librarian or staff member at the service desk. Then, they may sign-up for a one-hour computer session. If there are not any proceeding sessions scheduled for other community users, then they may extend their computer session.

Printing is not available to community patrons, except for the exclusive purpose of printing Government Documents.
