Practical Nursing

The Practical Nursing Program is a full time, twelve-month program beginning annually in July. The curriculum consists of a wide variety of clinical experience, along with classroom instruction. Successful completion of our certificate program prepares you to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) and become a Licensed Practical Nurse. This program is an excellent stepping-stone toward a RN degree, or can provide exciting opportunities working as a LPN in a variety of patient care settings. The first step to admission is the NLN Pre-Entrance Exam, which is a non-medical, basic math, reading and science test. There is a limited number of testing dates, so register today!   For more information, please visit our Admissions Procedures Phase I page.
