Students are responsible for the cost of all text and other books. Textbook and course materials are provided by the instructors prior to the class start date.

Uniforms/Clinical Experience

Students are expected to provide their own uniforms for clinical activities. Standard uniforms are suggested for all clinical experiences. Liability insurance is required for students in advanced modalities. Please visit http://www.hpso.com 

Progam Attendance

Attendance at all class sessions is required. Missed assignments, tests, etc. are the responsibility of the individual student. Any student missing 4 classes will automatically fail the course.
