Final acceptance into the program (Phase III) is contingent upon:

1.  Two-step PPD test

2.  Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance

3.  Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check/FBI Clearance

4.  CPR Healthcare Provider Certification

5.  Receipt of all required documents

6.  Personal interview

7.  $150.00 non-refundable acceptance fee
