How to Register

The registration directions on this page have a few exceptions.  Please click on one the following links if you're looking for registration directions on that specific area.  Otherwise, see the general registration directions below the line on this page.


All other Continuing Education,  Center for Allied Health,  Personal Enrichment, Workplace & Professional, and Safety Training courses may be registered by the following means.

  4. Walk-In
  5. By Phone

Note: After registration process is complete, all students will receive confirmation and parking permits by mail.


1. Online

This secure on-line registration is for credit card registration only. Once your registration is processed, you will receive a confirmation letter. If the class is full, call the office and add your name to the wait list.

For on-line registration please click here to go to the Continuing Education online Registration Page, then follow the directions below.

- Click "Search and Register for Con Ed Classes" (located toward the bottom of the page)

- If you know the course code you may enter it in the first text box. You must enter dashes between the prefix, course number and section number
(Example: RCOSY-0009-C02)

- Then click submit.

- OR, If you just want to see a listing of all courses within a program of interest, select that program from the Topic Code drop down box, then click submit.

2. By FAX

For 24 hour service, you can FAX your ConEd Registration Form  anytime! FAX to 215-968-8320, and be sure to provide all the registration information.

Be sure to include your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card number, expiration date and security code.


3. Mail-In

Mail ConEd Registration Form with payment to:

Continuing Education Office
275 Swamp Road
Newtown, PA 18940

A cancelled check serves as receipt of payment.


4. Walk-In

Come in person (8 am-4 pm) to:

Continuing Education Office
Cottage 3
275 Swamp Road, Newtown, PA.

Walk-in registrants are advised to call the Continuing Education Office prior to coming to inquire about seat availability.

Applying for Sallie Mae Loans

If you require assistance in paying for courses and/or certification programs in full, please consider applying for a Sallie Mae loan. Contact Sallie Mae directly by phone 1-888-272-5543 or visit their website to get approved www.salliemae.com.  Please use the non-credit school code 98 when applying for a loan. 


5. By Phone

No forms! No lines! Call 215-968-8409, Monday-Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm and charge the fee to your VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. After hours please leave a message on our voice mail. Note: Payment is due at time of registration.  Additional materials fees may apply.
