Offered in partnership with Transformation Partners Company
Successful companies must consistently deliver high quality products and services more quickly and with less waste than they did yesterday. Many organizations pursue either Lean or Six Sigma as a means to meet their customers demanding challenges. Our approach combines the speed and power of both Lean and Six Sigma to achieve process optimization. Speed, quality, and cost are the components that drive the success of any organization. Lean Six Sigma works on all three simultaneously because it blends Lean and Six Sigma within a proven organizational framework for superior execution. Both are necessary pillars of any continuous improvement process, and this program specifically addresses how integrating Lean (making work faster) and Six Sigma (making work better) helps an organization move quickly with higher quality and lower cost. Lean Six Sigma will benefit all businesses and industries - whether service or manufacturing, for-profit or nonprofit, regardless of size.

"Transformation Partners Company (TPC) has developed a program that integrates lean and six sigma to successfully gain the benefits of both programs through a combination of classroom training and project selection and coaching. The instructors are industry experts who go far beyond class room training by applying the tools and techniques to real-life situations which are easy to relate to. Benefits from the TPC program have paid many times over in improvements in cost, quality and reduced lead times in both manufacturing and transactional business applications.”
