Wine De-Mystified! New!
Do you have a “nose” for wine? Use all of your senses as we guide you through this tasting experience. Explore wine’s history, and discover the simple joys of wine, without feeling intimidated. Learn how to hold a glass, read a wine label, serve the wine, and even which wine pairs well with particular foods. Learn about serving temperature, decanting and aeration. Discover the meaning of tannins and acids and how they influence and affect the tasting outcome. Must be 21 years of age. Gary Rubin, B.A.
